I partnered with a purpose-driven entrepreneur to completely reimagine her online presence—uniting her Christian mentorship ministry and her growing body care brand under one seamless digital experience. Prior to our work together, the site was plagued with dead-end pages, broken plugins, slow load times, and branding that didn’t reflect the heart or quality of her work. I rebuilt everything from the ground up, delivering a professional, high-converting e-commerce and ministry hub that’s fast, functional, and faithful to her mission. From custom product packaging and brand photography to automated email funnels and dual-purpose navigation, every detail was intentionally designed to serve her audience and support her calling.

I built their online store from scratch, including full setup of inventory, categories, and custom product options like scent and size. I designed and photographed their product catalog, created matching high-end labels, and introduced curated product bundles like “His & Hers” gift sets and themed sample boxes. The result is a polished shopping experience that elevates her handmade offerings while maximizing order value.
Email Marketing & Automation Ecosystem
I developed branded email templates and connected a powerful set of automations to streamline customer communication. From abandoned cart reminders to purchase confirmations and ebook delivery sequences, their audience now receives timely, professional emails that reflect the care and clarity of the brand. I also embedded forms throughout the site to grow their email list and increase engagement across both arms of the business.
Performance Optimization & Load Time Reduction
The original website was slowed to a crawl—taking 15 to 20 seconds to load due to expired plugins and site bloat. I cleaned up the backend, implemented performance best practices, and rebuilt the entire structure from scratch. The new site now loads in an instant, drastically improving SEO, bounce rate, and user satisfaction.
Digital Product Integration & Seamless Delivery
I helped launch their new devotional e-book as both a stand-alone digital product and a brand-aligned lead magnet. The download is automatically delivered through a custom-branded email after purchase, giving their audience a smooth, elevated user experience while opening up a new passive income stream.
Modern Checkout & Membership Access
I integrated Klarna, Affirm, PayPal, Cash App and additional standard payment options to provide shoppers with flexibility and ease at checkout. I also connected their pre-existing external membership portal to the new site and created intuitive navigation so mentees can easily access their materials. For customers, a built-in account dashboard now allows them to manage orders, track shipping, and update payment info—all without needing extra support.
