This is where the ride begins — with a focused strategy session built to uncover what you need and how we can deliver it. We’ll dig into your goals, your vision, and any roadblocks standing in the way, then map out a smart, tailored path forward. You’ll get clarity, honest insight, and a chance to see how we think before you commit to anything big. The call requires a small, non-refundable deposit that goes toward your total project cost if you move forward. It protects our time — and shows you're serious. Upon confirming your meeting, you will receive an invoice for your deposit via email. Spots fill quickly, so lock yours in today and let’s get to work. Here are a few of the questions we'll answer: 1. What do you wish customers understood better about what you offer? 2. What emotions do you want people to feel when they interact with your brand? 3. What’s the biggest misunderstanding people have about your brand or industry? When either starting from scratch or scaling what you've built, we’ll help you get there with clarity and style. On the off chance you decide that we're not the best fit, you will still leave this meeting with plenty of new ideas.
Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to help you bring your brand to life — but first, let’s get aligned. Please read the following policy before booking your discovery call. Booking Requirements Discovery calls are 30 minutes long and must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. Availability is managed through our booking app and reflects our real-time schedule. Booking Fee A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your call. This amount will be applied to your total project cost if you decide to move forward. After submitting your booking request, you’ll receive an invoice via email. The invoice must be paid prior to the call to confirm your spot. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the call without penalty. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the call will incur a $35 rescheduling fee. You may reschedule up to two times total: The first reschedule: $35 The second reschedule: $50 If you cancel and don’t reschedule within 7 days, or if you no-show, the deposit is forfeited. If We Need to Reschedule In the rare event we need to cancel your session, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no cost. Confirmation & Next Steps Once your invoice is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At the end of your call, we’ll either schedule your next step together or follow up within 72 hours to do so.
