Strategic Website Layout for Offer Clarity
We designed a visually-driven website layout that puts the client's work front and center. Each page was strategically structured to show the full range of their production offerings, from weddings to corporate events, with smooth click paths that guide users through categories without overwhelming them. The result: a site that balances creativity and clarity to keep visitors engaged.
From Browsing to Booking in a Few Clicks
We transformed their static service list into a fully interactive booking experience. Packages are now organized by category and price, with example galleries built in for clarity. Visitors can now schedule sessions directly on the site, selecting dates, times, and add-ons, all while receiving instant confirmations via email/text.
Search-Ready, From the Ground Up
To ensure the new site didn't just look great but also performed well in search results. we structured foundational SEO across all key pages. This included localized keyword strategy, custom meta titles and descriptions, image optimization, and user-friendly URLs, making the site easier to find for people searching for photographers in Raleigh.
Integrated Tools for a Smoother Client Journey
We implemented and configured an integrated CRM to help the client track leads, bookings, and client interactions. On top of that, we created branded email templates and built automation workflows that respond to user actions - like contact form submissions, consultation scheduling, or booking confirmations saving the business time and improving customer communication.
Live Sales Coaching + Expo Prep
The rebrand came to life during their wedding expo preparation. We designed marketing collateral, new business cards, booth signage, booth presentation elements, and streamlined appointment-setting lead forms that could be accessed from any device. We also attended the expo with the team, helping lead conversations and coach staff through live sales scenarios in real time. Out of 63 groups we spoke with, 29 completed the consultation form, turning nearly half of those conversations into booked consultations with prospective clients.
